Chattanooga, TN
The Regional Organized Crime Information Center (ROCIC) in partnership with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and the International Brotherhood of Police Officers will be hosting the ROCIC 32nd Annual Homicide Conference in Chatanooga, TN. The ROCIC is one of six regional information sharing systems and encompasses 14 states and two territories from the Southeast. These states include Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. This conference is for local, state, and federal agencies to enhance their knowledge on diverse topics including: homicide case studies, drug overdose investigations, digital evidence, forensic genealogy, and nontraditional investigative techniques. NamUs staff with be present as an exhibitor to meet law enforcement officers, provide an overview of the NamUs program, and facilitate professional NamUs registrations.
