Funded and administered by the National Institute of Justice and managed through a contract with RTI International, NamUs helps to bridge information gaps across jurisdictional lines, as well as provide analytical and forensic services to generate new leads. NamUs staff will provide a virtual live training. This presentation is for law enforcement officers at Carrollton Police Department who investigate missing person and/or unidentified decedent cases. Topics include creating robust missing person entries and forensic and analytical tools provided through NamUs to help advance longterm missing persons cases.
