The International Homicide Investigators Association (IHIA) was founded during a 1988 Violent Crime Apprehension Program (ViCAP) Conference sponsored by the FBI in Quantico, Virginia. This Symposium is a valuable opportunity to network with law enforcement representatives from the United States and other global countries. NamUs staff will be present as an exhibitor to collaborate with conference attendees and answer questions about the NamUs program.
