Nicole Jones

Nicole Jones is the Director of the Investigations Program at RTI International and is the Quality Assurance Project Manager for the NamUs program.  She has more than 25 years of experience in quality management, including 10 years working with the National Laboratory Certification Program. Ms. Jones leads projects to provide technical assistance to agencies seeking accreditation to ISO standards, develop innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of current laboratory processes, and facilitate process improvements in forensic science. Before joining RTI, Nicole served as the Lead Auditor and Quality Manager at Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute in Ft. Pierce, FL, and at General Engineering Laboratories in Charleston, SC, where she was responsible for obtaining ISO accreditation.
