Brian Nisbet has more than 32 years of law enforcement experience. He began his career in 1989 with the New York State Department of Corrections. Mr. Nisbet Joined the New York State Park Police in 1991. He was promoted to Sergeant in 1998 and achieved the rank of Detective Sergeant in 2008. In his role as Detective Sergeant, he worked to resolve missing person, suspected suicide, and
human remains cases from the Niagara River and Lake Ontario. Mr. Nisbet has worked closely with law enforcement agencies in both United States and Canada, New York Medical Examiners, the Ontario Center for Missing Persons and Unidentified Remains and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service to resolve cross-border missing person and unidentified human remains cases. During his career, he was credited for resolving numerous current and cold unidentified human remains cases.
