The Federal Bureau of Investigations will be hosting the "Identify and Report the Missing from Pascua Yaqui" event in Tucson, AZ on 2/7/24 at the Richey Elementary School. The NamUs Regional Program Specialists and Tribal Program Specialist will meet with families from both the Pascua Yaqui community, and other Tucson area families with missing loved ones to enter new missing persons cases into the NamUs database as well as update any existing cases as needed. NamUs staff will also assist with collection of DNA and other biometric resources and documents that are provided for entry into NamUs. NamUs will be partnering with additional agencies and programs such as the Pascua Yaqui Police Department, Tucson Police Department, Pima county Medical Examiner’s Office, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs Murdered and Missing Unit to support the family in attendance.
