Per NC state law, law enforcement agencies must make case entry into NamUs once a missing, unidentified, or unclaimed person has been on file for 30 days. This presentation is geared towards anyone with professional access to NamUs, including those entering or editing cases in NamUs, and/or investigating missing and unidentified persons cases.
