Rachel Gonzalez earned an Associate of Arts from Weatherford College in 2011. Upon graduation, she completed a six-month internship with the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office in the Latent Print and Human Identification Laboratory. Mrs. Gonzalez then continued her education at Tarleton State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology in 2013. Prior to graduation, Mrs. Gonzalez began working for the Parker County Medical Examiner’s Office (PCME) as a Forensic Death Investigator. She was employed by PCME for 3 years.
From 2016 to 2018, Mrs. Gonzalez worked as an Investigator for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. In August 2018, she joined the NamUs team as a Biometric Technician, supporting the NamUs forensic subject matter experts.
